We were founded in 2019 by marketing consultant and influencer, Charlotte Stavrou (née Williams), as a direct response to the lack of diversity within the ad industry. 

We work with brands to create influencer marketing campaigns that just make sense, backed by data and experience. Our team consists of a healthy mix of full-time marketers and marketers with creator side hustles. Meaning the campaign process is considered, influencer-driven and timely, because our team speak “creator”.
