We were founded in 2019 by marketing consultant and influencer, Charlotte Stavrou, as a direct response to the lack of diversity within the ad industry. 

Today, we represent a carefully curated roster of creators, working with them to build sustainable, long-term careers. Our focus is on ensuring our talent are valued, fairly paid, and positioned for success - while helping brands connect with audiences through authentic voices they trust.

Alongside talent management, we are also the creators of the industry’s first Influencer Pricing Report, an annual study that has become a benchmark for transparency and fairness across the creator economy.
